About Vets on Track
The Vets on Track Foundation is a federally and state-certified 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Established in early 2016 out of necessity, VoTF provides direct support to veterans, first responders, and their families who are transitioning into permanent housing from homelessness, dealing with the loss of a loved one, or facing a personal crisis.
The mission is to end veteran and first responder homelessness, significantly reduce suicides, and support the families of our fallen. Transforming houses into homes by providing furniture and accessories to those exiting homelessness, inspiring hope, healing, and purpose during crises. The foundation aims to rebuild self-worth, dignity, and pride, helping their clients rediscover their purpose.
