It is named after J. Worthington Foulfellow, a gentleman whose polish often hid his true intentions. This is a basic sour beer, fermented with a lactic acid–producing yeast instead of bacteria—clean, clever, and just a little deceptive in how it gets there. Bright, tart, and unexpectedly smooth, it proves that not everything sour is exactly what it seems.

Named after the red fox vixens often seen around the property, this beer captures their clever charm and flash of wild confidence.
