- Email updates: your email address, optional first name, selected interests, and a record of your consent.
- Red Door Beer Club: the email address, name, optional phone number, and optional birthday details you submit through the Mailchimp signup form. The website does not collect Beer Club payment-card information; annual dues are paid in person.
- Private-event inquiries and job applications: the contact, event, employment, and other information you submit through forms provided by Cognito Forms.
- Staff accounts: account identifiers, contact information, roles, and security records for authorized Hidden Wit personnel.
- Technical information: hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and similar server-log information.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the website, respond to inquiries, review job applications, manage Beer Club communications, manage staff access, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
Information submitted through the Beer Club form is sent directly to Mailchimp and used to add you to the Red Door Beer Club mailing list and communicate with you about the club. Annual dues and membership activation are handled in person at Hidden Wit.
When you expressly opt in, we may use your email address and interests to send Hidden Wit news, event announcements, beer releases, and food updates.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, our operational records, and applicable legal requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing messages using the instructions in an email. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Children and policy updates
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the email signup. Red Door Beer Club membership is intended for individuals age 21 or older.
